A woman who was walking her dog in the Oude Warande park in Tilburg was confronted there last night with a naked man. The man was pleasuring himself. Things happened around half past eight.
A little later, alerted officers arrested a 31-year-old man from Tilburg. They saw him in a nearby parking lot. He matched the description of the abuser. The man is still in custody. The police are looking for witnesses.
