At a bed and breakfast on Bosscheweg in Boxtel, guests were startled on Saturday morning by sudden smoke in the basement. The smoke development started at the sauna and swimming pool, triggering the fire alarm.
At first it was unclear whether it was steam or smoke, but according to the fire service, it was smoke. The electrical installations were switched off and the basement ventilated, expelling the smoke. It is still unclear where the smoke came from. The guests present were unharmed.
