A scooter rider in the municipality of Meierijstad had to surrender his driver’s license to the police last night. He was driving around drunk. Officers saw the scooter rider fall right in front of them. “After he got up and wanted to drive again, he immediately drove into the bushes,” the police reported on Instagram. The man had a blood alcohol level of more than 1.38.
Another scooter rider in the municipality of Meierijstad ignored a stop sign from the officers. After a chase through the neighborhood, the officers managed to stop this man. He had a blood alcohol content of almost 1.61. He also had to surrender his driver’s license and received several fines.
