A driver of a van was arrested on the Weg naar Bakel in Helmond last night after the police found suspicious items in his bus. According to the police, it would be raw materials for making drugs. The man had a breakdown with his bus and, according to a 112 correspondent, was just pushing the vehicle into a parking lot when he encountered the police. So bad luck for him.
When officers checked the bus, they came across the suspicious items. A fire brigade specialist was called in to check the situation. And then a specialist from the National Dismantling Support Facility (LFO) also came to Helmond. Finally, the bus was sealed and taken to Den Bosch. There will be further investigation.
