The police accidentally discovered a cannabis nursery in a house on the Sterkenburg in Oosterhout on Wednesday afternoon. Together with the municipality and the housing corporation, the agents were on the road for a so-called integral inspection. When they rang the bell at the house, they saw someone fleeing through the backyard.
Once inside, officers found 360 hemp plants in the bedrooms of the home. There were also four women cutting hemp buds. Six people have been arrested. Four women from Tilburg between the ages of 34 and 52, a 38-year-old man from Tilburg and the resident of the house.
