A car was damaged by fire on Reestraat in Valkenswaard on Monday night. The owner’s son had discovered the fire around 12:30 p.m. When his father then looked out the window, he saw the flames at his own car. He extinguished the fire himself. Police are investigating how the car, which had been stationary for three hours, caught fire.
