A motorist had to hand in his car to the police in Aarle-Rixtel last night. He was caught driving for the fifth time in three years while the 40-year-old man does not have a driver’s license. In addition, he turned out to be behind the wheel with alcohol and the man still had fines outstanding. The driver has been issued a ticket.
