A motorcyclist was seriously injured last night in a collision on the A2 near Budel, in which a motorist was also involved. The collision took place on the highway from Eindhoven to Weert. The motorcyclist was rushed to a hospital. The driver escaped unhurt. “Wreckage was scattered over four hundred meters,” says a 112 correspondent. Because it was not clear how the accident could have happened, an investigation was carried out. The roadway was closed to all traffic for hours.
