The police arrested a man in Oudenbosch on Friday on suspicion of a chat trick with a box of chocolate. The suspect, a 45-year-old Tilburger, rang the doorbell of an 85-year-old woman. He sold boxes of chocolate for a good cause, said-ei. The man returned to the woman moments later and asked if she could exchange money. She let him in and after he left she missed her wallet with money.
BOAs of the municipality saw the suspect on the street and handed him over to the police. The suspect is still detained for further investigation and more boxes of chocolate came from his bag when he was arrested, it was announced on Saturday.
