In a terraced house on the Kaapseweg in Eindhoven, a fire raged on the top floor this morning. The residents were not at home. Neighbors’ houses were evacuated because the fire could spread. The fire service was present with two fire engines and a cherry picker and the area was cordoned off.
The fire was under control around 9:30 am. It has remained limited to the terraced house. Neighbor’s house may have minor smoke damage. The residents are taken care of by the Salvage foundation.
