In the night from Friday to Saturday, around a quarter past two, a Jeep was set on fire in Budel. Camera images would show a tall, slender young man who may have something to do with the fire, the Cranendonck24 website reports. The car was parked on the Van Egmondlaan.
The police are looking for witnesses who saw this person around a quarter past two in the vicinity of Van Egmondlaan and Cranendoncklaan. The arsonist would have fled towards Zorgcentrum Mariënburght, via a firebreak.
