The police arrested a suspect in Eindhoven last night after sixteen nitrous oxide bottles and seventy ecstasy pills were found in his car. Officers saw the car with several people standing somewhere in the Tongelre district. The tailgate of the car was up, but when bystanders spotted the police, they ran away. Some with a laughing gas bottle in hand. The driver of the car also immediately got in and drove away.
The police decided to go after the car. “The right choice,” she writes on social media. Shortly afterwards, officers found nitrous oxide bottles, ecstasy pills, tubes containing suspected GHB and speed and also a large box of nicotine pods in the car. These are nicotine pouches, also called snus.
The arrested suspect had two telephones and a large amount of cash in his pocket.
