The woman who was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of involvement in a shooting in Oss was released on Sunday. The woman remains a suspect in the investigation, the police said. The man (40) is still in custody and is seen as the main suspect.
A man was shot at around ten to half past one in his bus on Thorbeckestraat in Oss on Saturday afternoon, he managed to drive himself to a GP station for help. The victim was injured but is not in danger.
The police started a manhunt for the perpetrator on Saturday and managed to arrest two people from Oss later that day: a 40-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman.
