A man was arrested this morning in an apartment complex on France Street in Eindhoven who, according to a police spokesman, ’caused nuisance and destruction’. The man was arrested in the apartment where he was staying. He strongly resisted this. A police dog was also used in the arrest.
The fire brigade had to use heavy equipment to open the door of the apartment where the man was staying. The man also threatened to set the place on fire.
