The police witnessed a collision during an alcohol check in Den Bosch last night. Around a quarter to two, a scooter rider continued to cross the street further on. He was hit by a car. The 17-year-old boy, who stated that he had not seen a police stop sign, suffered a painful ankle. That wasn’t all: it turned out he didn’t have a driver’s license and didn’t want to fill out a claim form. He received a ticket for driving without a driver’s license and ignoring a stop sign. In addition, his scooter was damaged, just like the car.
