A motorist left the road late last night with his car on the Meerberg in Teteringen and came to a stop against a tree. The driver lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons, after which he hit two trees and then came to a stop against a third tree.
The accident happened just before midnight. As far as we know, the driver was not seriously injured. According to a 112 correspondent, he was treated by paramedics at the scene of the accident, but he did not have to be taken to hospital. His car was badly damaged. Police are investigating how the accident could have happened.
