A broken branch that hung dangerously above the roadway of the Eindhovensedijk in Oirschot was removed by the fire brigade on Sunday morning. According to a 112 correspondent, the branch caused a dangerous situation near the General Majoor De Ruyter van Steveninck barracks.
“The job was done quickly. The fire brigade managed to pull the branch loose and put it in the verge, after which the roadway could be reopened.”
