A car caught fire late last night at the Kleine Beemd in Boxtel. The driver suddenly smelled a burning smell while driving. When the car was parked under the carport at home, something was smoldering at the front of the car. The fire brigade was then called and the front of the car was extinguished with a garden hose. When the fire brigade arrived, the fire was already extinguished. However, the windshield was still quite hot. It cooled the fire brigade with extra fire extinguishing water.
