Last night, a scooter rider collided with his scooter on a car parked at Balfortstraat in Breda. This happened around a quarter to three in the morning. The scooter rider suffered a head injury in the collision and became unconscious for a moment. An officer had the scooter rider blow his breath when he regained consciousness. He appeared to be under the influence. The driver was then taken to a hospital in an ambulance. The rental scooter suffered damage to the front in the collision, the car to the rear. The owner of the car has been informed of the damage by the police.
