The 10,000 tickets for the West duel in the Bundesliga between Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday (3.30 p.m. / DAZN) were sold out within a quarter of an hour, and those in Cologne for the game against Freiburg after a good ten minutes. The clubs announced this.
According to the club, the FC homepage in Cologne was partially overloaded after sales started at 2 p.m. BVB opened advance sales on Thursday at 10 a.m. after the state of North Rhine-Westphalia had amended the Corona Protection Ordinance on Wednesday so that 10,000 instead of the previous 750 visitors will be allowed into the arenas.
Initially, only season ticket holders and members were allowed to apply for the tickets. The opening for all other applicants planned for 12.00 p.m. has been stopped. Only seat tickets were sold. The 2G-plus regulation applies in both Dortmund and Cologne.
