100 liters of GHB and 1000 ecstasy pills in a bungalow where drugs were made

In the bungalow at the Landal Het Vennenbos holiday park in Hapert, the police found 100 liters of GHB and three kilograms of amphetamine on Tuesday. There were also 1,000 ecstasy pills and six liters of raw materials for the production of GHB.

This was announced by the police on Wednesday afternoon. Drugs were produced in the cottage, according to the police. A 31-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman from Oss who were present in the house were arrested on Tuesday. They’re still stuck.

The production location was discovered after an employee of the holiday park saw scales and pH measuring strips on the table through the window. He sounded the alarm with general manager Jeffrey Stultjens.

“I rang the bell and the door was opened. I saw two people in a setting that does not suit a holiday. I saw jerry cans and there was a chemical smell. Then I immediately called the police control room,” Stultjens told Omroep Brabant on Wednesday morning.
