Large police presence at hate demonstration on Sonnenallee! The anti-Israel demonstration by 100 students from the Ernst-Abbe-Gymnasium in Sonnenallee was accompanied by 300 officials.

The demonstration train only had to be stopped once, when some participants shouted “Free Palestine, from the river to sea”. The registrant warned: “Please don’t shout that, the police just told me again that it’s forbidden.” Burning flags and inciting slogans had also been imposed on the organizers as a ban.

At the front of the procession, demonstrators held a placard that read: “Schools in the Resistance, Freedom for Palestine.” The Israel haters shouted: “Free Palestine” and “Viva Palestine”.

Review: After the Hamas terror in Israel on October 7th, the high school made headlines when a student unfurled a Palestine flag. A teacher intervened and a violent argument ensued, with the student throwing a Kung Fu kick. Both filed charges of assault. It is unclear whether there will be any charges.

The hate demonstration did not arrive at the planned destination, the Kottbusser Tor. The procession broke up at Hermannplatz around 7 p.m. The participants’ hope that café visitors and supermarket customers would join the demonstration was not fulfilled.

On Wednesday evening at the pro-Palestinian demonstration on Kurfürstendamm with 1,200 participants, conditions were also violated: hate slogans were shouted, including “Israel! Child murderers!” The police recorded the personal details of six people.
