1-year-old boy injured by boiling water | NOW

A 1-year-old boy was injured on Saturday morning in an accident with boiling water in a home in Eindhoven. The police report that the child was taken to a hospital in Nijmegen by trauma helicopter.

Emergency services were alerted around 11 a.m. Traffic on Floraplein was stopped while the child was taken by ambulance to the trauma helicopter. Police say the boy suffered burns.
