After losing several central defenders in the winter transfer window, 1. FC Köln are still looking for defensive reinforcements until January 31. 1. FC Köln needs help for the center of defence: will Ayhan come instead of Chabot?
According to the report, the Bundesliga club has identified ex-Bundesliga professional Kaan Ayhan as one of several alternatives. The defender under contract with US Sassuolo is also about a possible loan deal. The 27-year-old is tied to the Serie A club until 2024 and has made 32 appearances since signing in summer 2020.
