Two days after the start of the season, Bundesliga club 1. FC Köln loaned nine-time U21 international Faride Alidou from Eintracht Frankfurt.
The 22-year-old played 15 league games for Eintracht last season and also made five appearances in the Champions League.
“He has great potential. His strengths include speed, depth and the offensive one-on-one,” said FC sporting director Christian Keller, who claimed to have shown Alidou “a clear plan”.
