Cologne (dpa) – Bundesliga soccer club 1. FC Köln has extended the contract with midfielder Florian Kainz ahead of time until the summer of 2024. That was announced by the Rhinelanders.
The 29-year-old Austrian international came from Werder Bremen in 2019 and has played 113 Bundesliga games so far, scoring 14 goals. “It’s a lot of fun playing football at FC right now,” said Kainz.
