Cologne (dpa) – Cologne midfielder Salih Özcan only wants to make a decision about his future after the current season.
“I’m really keeping a low profile there. I also told my advisor to leave me alone with water level reports because I want to have a clear head and finish the season well,” said the 24-year-old Turkish national footballer the TV channel Sky. “Then we will continue to see how the talks and negotiations went, and then we will come to a conclusion. A decision will only be made after the end of the season.”
Özcan was similarly quoted by “Bild”. He has caught the eye with strong performances this season. His contract with 1. FC Köln runs until mid-2023.
