Now that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered a ground offensive in the city of Rafah, more than 1.3 million Palestinians are trapped near the border with Egypt. Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi is now threatening to withdraw from the 1979 peace treaty with Israel. What does this mean?
