Anthony Blake is a well-known mentalist who supposedly guessed the Christmas Lottery jackpot in 2002.
Blake wrote the number in a book he kept inside a box that would be locked with three keys and monitored, both by security members and by surveillance cameras. The three keys would go to Mar Saura, then presenter on Antena 3; another for the security company; and a last one that Blake himself would keep.
The trick worked perfectly and the number 08103 came out of the guarded box. No one knew how, but Blake had done it. There were people who suggested that in the box there was a person with achondroplasia (dwarfism) hidden in the urn, something that the mentalist denied.
Anthony Blake, whose real name is José Luis Panizo González, has done it again 21 years later. In the program ‘Tot es mou’, on TV3, he has assured that the number that will be released this Friday the 22nd is… 09754.
