Where is the vulture that escaped from Diergaarde Blijdorp last month? The bird was last seen in Sint-Oedenrode in North Brabant since the end of April, but has since disappeared without a trace. The chance that the vulture will return to Rotterdam of its own accord is estimated by the zoo to be increasingly slim – and that is a shame, given its important ‘task’.
