The municipal council goes to the Council for Permit Disputes because of procedural errors and the impact on the environment. The 200-meter-high windmill would be located on the Oude Hondstraat and should provide almost 5,000 families with energy. It is close to a residential area, and that is why the neighborhood committee with about twenty families is also appealing. One resident has also started a separate procedure.
