Season four of the historical crime series “Babylon Berlin” celebrated its world premiere on Tuesday evening at the Delphi Filmpalast.
The episodes filmed by Tom Tykwer, Achim von Borries and Henk Handloegten deal with the events of the third book “Goldstein” from Volker Kutscher’s novel cycle and take place in the winter of 1930/31.
Actors include again Liv Lisa Fries, Lars Eidinger and Volker Bruch, who was controversial because of his proximity to the “lateral thinking” movement.
The TV premiere is planned for October 8 on Sky and from 2023 on ARD.
