The Austrian clothing supplier Wolford AG has extended the board mandate of Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ralf Polito for another year.
The contract with the manager now runs until December 31, 2026, the company, which belongs to the Chinese fashion group Lanvin Group, said in an ad hoc announcement on Monday. Polito will continue to form the two-person board of Wolford AG together with deputy CEO Marco Pozzo, who was appointed in the summer.
Polito moved to Wolford from the Passau clothing company Eterna in April 2023. Since then, as COO, he has been responsible for the areas of supply chain and production, legal, investor relations, IT and PMO.
