DFB striker lives in England in a flat share

At the weekend, Nick Woltemade celebrated a made -to -measure debut in England. The DFB striker has already found a place to stay in his new home. But he doesn’t live alone.
It couldn’t be better for Nick Woltemade. The German international shot the winning goal for 1-0 on Sunday in his debut in the Premier League for Newcastle United against the Wolverhampton Wanderers. For the “Magpies” it was the first win of the season in the fourth game.
In conversation with the “Bild”, Woltemade then thanked his new coach Eddie Howe. With this he conducts one -off talks every day. “It is all about topics that have nothing to do with football, such as my move or how the family is doing. This is a beautiful work culture here,” said Woltemade, who was switched from VfB Stuttgart to Newcastle this summer.
The 23-year-old has already found a new home in England. But it shouldn’t be lonely in his new stay.
According to “Bild”, Woltemade moved into a house a few kilometers outside the city. This is about 30 minutes from the training area of his club. The special: The striker will not live alone in the future, but in a shared apartment.
“My friends are here with me, I get good support. One of them is also moving in to me,” said Woltemade, who further explained: “We are very good buddies and always said for fun when I move abroad, then we go there together.” This case has now occurred. Newcastle is the first abroad for the Bremen native.
The German international does not have a permanent partner, as he revealed. For the WG life, Woltemade sees this as an advantage. “We both have no girlfriend,” he said about himself and his buddy. “That’s why we’re quite free.”
