Andrés Massa, how were the beginnings in his profession?

In the last five years, I developed different projects and got involved every more with the wine industry, to take off from the hobby-proven relationship and become increasingly professional. The beginnings were fun but challenging since I was entering an unknown but very attractive world at the same time. I decided not to go little by little and I think that had to do with the level of passion that I injected with this profession.

What are the services you provide to the public?

What I like most is to bring new proposals to the public, generating experiences that have to do with gastronomy and, more than anything, with wine as the main actor. Wino is a restaurant with wine concept, and the idea is that the consumer approaches this noble drink, offering different service levels around wine. We have an exclusive wine letter, where you can find a lot of variety without having a very wide offer. At the level of gastronomy, it is an easy -to -read letter where plates to chop something or share, as well as more forceful individual dishes.

What projects do you have ahead?

I would like to consolidate Wino as an outstanding proposal nationwide, but still continuing to devise new projects, always linked to wine. Wino is the new meeting point in the city of Buenos Aires, where wine is the star.

What are your differentials in the field?

Wino’s main objective is not to compete but to add, and that the consumer public has a different proposal, either because of the imprint of the place, such as the service provided by the team. Then, for the price – quality of their letters, be it as wines such as the food menu. To this I also add the top quality glassware, which is not something less when it comes to serving wines. Likewise, I think there is something that we have and that no place has; The Flight of Wines. The “Flight” (flight, in English) refers to the drinking flight, is basically a four-wines tasting, whether white, red, of different regions and different strains, which are served in tasting cups (60ml), so that the consumer can enjoy four wines for $ 15,000.-

If you started again, what would you do differently?

I would have liked starting to undertake before in this industry. If I did not do it, it was for something, it is not a reproach perhaps a repentance, but things always occur for something and today in Wino I am doing everything I like, and I feel that I am already recovering lost time.
