Wildfire on Tenerife is "most complicated" fire in the Canary Islands in 40 years

The wildfire that has engulfed more than 3,200 hectares in Tenerife is “probably the most complicated” fire to hit the Canary Islands in the past 40 years. That is what the president of the Canary Islands, Fernando Clavijo Batlle, said at a press conference on Thursday.
