This news came at a time for the PVV when the party was already losing seats in the polls.
According to Wilders, the loss in the polls has “nothing to do” with the AI images. According to him, “people are sensitive to the fact that a number of politicians have said they do not want to govern with us.” According to Wilders, this would allow “doubters” to choose another party.
