Who knows who this man is?

On Sunday morning, an unknown person broke into a house in Houthulst. He was soaking wet. The man did not have any identity documents with him. He appears to speak Russian, and is believed to be from Moldova. An interpreter was called in, but he couldn’t get a meaningful word out of the man. He probably has psychological problems.
