On Friday afternoon, the highly anticipated draw for the second round of the Bavarian Totopokal took place at the “Haus des Fußballs” in Munich. The event confirmed what many expected: FC Wendelstein, the only remaining Kreissieger, opted for a matchup against TSV 1860 Munich under the “wishes-free method.” Fans can look forward to several highlight matches, including the clash between TSV Seebach and SSV Jahn Regensburg, as well as TSV Abtswind facing off against their neighboring rivals, the Würzburger Kickers. The third third-division team, FC Ingolstadt 04, will be challenged by Regionalliga club FC Memmingen. The matches are scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, at 18:30, although the exact kickoff times will be confirmed shortly by the association. Notably, two matches will be postponed and held a week later: TSV Seebach vs. SSV Jahn Regensburg and FC Wendelstein vs. TSV 1860 Munich will be played on Tuesday, August 11.

Initial Announcement
Congratulations to FC Wendelstein for being the sole Kreissieger advancing to the second round! The club will most likely choose TSV 1860 Munich as their opponent, as confirmed in a conversation with FuPa. The remaining clubs will be grouped regionally, and their opponents drawn accordingly. As is standard procedure, the lower-division club will enjoy home advantage, and if teams are of equal league standing, the first team drawn will host the match.
