Positive comments can be heard from Westerveld and De Wolden about Minister Hugo de Jonge’s plan to have municipalities allocate half of all owner-occupied and rental homes to people who already live within the municipality. The municipality of Meppel is still waiting for the developments surrounding the proposal from the Minister for Housing and Spatial Planning.
