It is not yet clear who started the fire in the Sint-Rochus residential care center in Aarschot. The trace investigation in the building has been completed. One of the residents did not survive the fire. The material damage, especially on the second floor, is extensive. That’s where the fire started. VTM NIEUWS was allowed in with the technical service.
