Wage party employee slowly goes out: salary increase at lowest point in 2.5 years, yet that is not just bad news

The wave wave that flooded our country in recent years seems to be increasingly losing strength. The collective bargaining negotiations between employers and trade unions yielded an average wage increase of 3.8% in April. That is the lowest result in 2.5 years. However, it does not mean bad news for the purchasing power of Dutch people.
