Vlaming kiest voor registered schenking in aanloop according to stricter rules

The number of registered gifts in Vlaanderen is planned for the next year in 2024. In November, 1,006 gifts will be registered, a total of 33 percent from the previous year. In October the tax was 25 percent with 949 registrations. The toeloop does not come for a relevant wetswijziging.
