It seems that after all that hassle with the Mocro mafia, Princess Amalia has moved to Madrid. A video of that is currently showing viralbut Shownieuws does not dare to broadcast it.
Menno Swart, the aviation journalist who ruined the Orange family’s holiday during corona times, posted a video on New Year’s Day showing Princess Amalia sitting on a terrace in Madrid. “👸 Princess Amalia is enjoying a meal in Spain,” is there. “The companion is a well-known face at court: Eveline van den Bent.”
Amalia drinks coffee
Eveline was the nanny of the princess and now has a different role in life. All in all, not an exciting film, but the Dutch media do not dare to broadcast this. And that has everything to do with the so-called media code of the RVD, which aims to protect the personal privacy of the Oranjes.

Two years ago, Menno knelt before the RVD. “Then I posted pictures of the holiday in Greece. They didn’t find that very funny and then you get a very nice email from the RVD in the evening, about an invasion of privacy. That’s the legal term. Then I removed it after careful consultation with my lawyer.”

Menno has not yet received that email, but at Shownieuws they are careful. Evert: “I tested very often, especially at the beginning of the media code, how far they would go. Well, far, because at one point I was faced with a fine of 5 million. Then you will automatically stop doing it.”
The German Bild did post holiday photos in Greece at the time. “He was also reprimanded. You won’t find those photos anywhere again.”

How many times has Evert been summoned by the RVD? “All in all, I think about that media code about six times. Then you will simply be convicted. They appeal to the European Court of Human Rights and privacy must be guaranteed. There have now been interim judgments.”
What then? “German magazines in particular have gone quite far and victories have been achieved, so you can indeed try it again, but I said years ago: I did my best.”

When would Evert proceed with publication? “If she is sitting there kissing her new love, you can just post it, because then it is relevant and then you can see who it is and what the boy’s past is. That is relevant if Amalia had a boyfriend.”
