The change from Leverkusen star Victor Boniface is taking on more and more concrete forms. An astronomical amount of money is waving to his current employer.
Victor Boniface is about to leave Bayer Leverkusen. On Tuesday, the striker was missing from his team’s final training in front of the Champions League game against Sparta Prague. As the Pay TV broadcaster Sky learned on the part of the second of the Bundesliga, Boniface is in “Talks about its future”.
According to agreed media reports, the 24-year-old is courted by the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr. The transfer expert Fabrizio Romano writes that a delegation of the club has been lingering in Germany since yesterday to negotiate with players and clubs.
According to Sky, Bayer Boniface would even submit to the club, in which Mega star Cristiano Ronaldo is also under contract. The prerequisite: Al-Nassr would have to transfer at least 50 million euros to the “Werkelf”.
Boniface came to Leverkusen from Norway in 2023, the team shot with 14 goals and nine assists in its first season for the first championship in the club’s history. He was also accurate in the Europa League and in the DFB Cup.
This season, Boniface in the league in ten games will score six goals. Since the end of November, however, he has not played a game for the team of coach Xabi Alonso due to injury. Against Atlético Madrid in the premier class and against RB Leipzig in the league, he was sitting on the replacement bench for the first time, but was not substituted in both games.
In the storm center, Patrik Schick Boniface expired in his absence. The Czech is currently in top shape. Boniface will apparently not accept the competition with Schick again – but will say goodbye towards the desert.
