The 39-year-old victim was unable to work for two weeks. He was provisionally awarded 500 euros in compensation; an expert examines the further damage.
The public prosecutor had demanded an effective prison sentence of ten months. The judge took into account the defendant’s clean criminal record, but rejected suspension, partly because he did not want to cooperate in mediation.
