One of the two victims who was shot at Purmerend station last night died of his injuries last night. The police let us know via X. The perpetrator is still on the run.
The shooting happened around eight o’clock last night near the station. Two people were injured. Both injured people were taken to hospital in ‘worrying condition’. One of them, a 19-year-old Purmerend man, died last night.
There is still no trace of the perpetrator. The police are still conducting a large-scale search. Specialist dogs and a police helicopter have also been deployed for this purpose. No clear description has yet been shared.
