Bundesliga club VfL Bochum is preparing for the new season in South Tyrol for the third time in a row. From July 23rd to 30th, the Westphalians will once again be staying at the Hotel Windschar in Gais in the holiday region of Brunico.
Training starts on July 5th at 10.30 a.m. at the local Ruhr Stadium. The first friendlies have already been scheduled: on July 11, VfL meets Kickers Emden, four days later the blue and whites will be guests at the season opener of third division club SC Verl.
The first main round of the DFB Cup starts on August 11th and 14th, and the Bundesliga season begins a week later.
