The change poker around Nick Woltemade goes into the next round. According to Danny Bachmann, the consultant of the 23 -year -old professional, there was a new, third offer from FC Bayern to VfB Stuttgart. But this was also rejected.

“The solution required by Mr. Wehrle this week as part of a questionable deadline was now delivered together with the overall package by the prospect and player side of more than 60 million euros plus resale participation,” Bachmann is quoted from the “dpa”. But the improved offer from Munich was again unable to change the Stuttgart team: “The answer of the supervisory board of a claim of 75 million euros for a player who has come free of charge, but is not only due to a salary in the lower midfield – especially for a national transfer – but is not only in stark objection to the agreed agreements mentioned.”
Bachmann explained: “In March 2024 and last in mid-June, VfB’s clear promise for a solution-oriented approach, as soon as the next step in the career is possible. Such there would now be the fast pace of football to the German record champion and permanent Champions League participant. This is an enormous opportunity for an ambitious German national player.”
On Saturday (8:30 p.m.) VfB and FC Bayern meet in the Supercup. “Everything should also be clarified by the kick -off at the latest,” the Stuttgart CEO Alexander Wehrle recently emphasized. Before that, he had said that the Swabians would only sit down at a table with a prospect, “if a club was planning something extraordinary”. Woltemade is said to have long been pushed to a switch to FCB, but the VfB bosses have so far blocked all attempts to pay. Bavaria’s sports director Max Eberl recently emphasized that a Woltemade transfer was currently “off the table”. Around the departure of Kingsley Coman (29) to Al-Nassr, rumors came up again, the Munich team could take another attempt at companies with the income and the saved salary.
