“Know what we have in them”
Leonhard Münst will remain at FC St. Gallen 1879 for another year. The loan from VfB Stuttgart, where the midfielder is under contract until 2025, was extended by one season. The 20-year-old made ten appearances for the FCSG before a broken ankle in early January put him out of action for the remainder of the season. In addition to Munst, central defender Musah Nuhu (25) also extended his contract until 2024.
“We are pleased that Musah and Leonhard will continue to be part of our team. We know what we have in them. Both have already proven their qualities at the highest level,” said sporting director Alain Sutter.
